This coming spring our midwifery practice opens its doors at Broekbergenlaan 42 in Santpoort-Noord. From then on you can come here for midwifery care, ultrasounds and contraception care! Our location in Haarlem-Noord stays just the way you know it.

The way of working of the midwifery practice you choose for your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period should of course suit you. It is a special time that you don’t simply get to do over! You expect quality & professionalism. But perhaps the small-scale care we can offer is just right for you. Read more about us!

We are happy to welcome you at our practice when you are pregnant. Our warm & contemporary practice has easy parking, and it is also easy to reach by bike or public transport. You are of course also very welcome at our location in Haarlem-Noord.

When contractions have started or your waters have broken, you contact us. Together we discuss when we will come to see you. During your pregnancy we already discuss a birth plan, including where you would like to give birth: that choice is always yours. We still attend many home births and are very experienced in them. We have short lines of communication with both Spaarne Gasthuis and Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis. You live right in between, so you can choose which hospital you prefer.

In case of an emergency, we will of course come to you at any time!

During the first week after birth we visit every other day to see how you are doing as a brand-new family. The final check-up 6 weeks after birth takes place at the practice. That is when we conclude our care, unless you would like to have an IUD placed.
